Description
Spend a full day in Seville travelling from Marbella and Estepona to experience some of Andalusia’s most iconic landmarks. Along the route, your accompanying guide will share insights into the landscapes, towns and traditions that shape southern Spain.
Once in the city, you will begin with a panoramic coach tour passing highlights such as the María Luisa Park, the Palace of San Telmo, the Tower of Gold and the Guadalquivir River, recognised as Spain’s only navigable river. You will also see the historic pavilions built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.
The route includes a stop at the spectacular Plaza de España, admired for its colourful ceramic details, elegant bridges and semicircular design. Afterwards, a local guide will lead you through the historic Santa Cruz district, Seville’s former Jewish quarter, known for its narrow lanes, hidden courtyards and traditional atmosphere.
The visit continues towards the impressive Seville Cathedral and the Giralda, both recognised as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Inside the cathedral, you will see one of the largest Gothic churches in the world as well as the tomb of Christopher Columbus. Visitors who wish may also climb the Giralda to enjoy panoramic views across the city skyline.
After the guided visit, you will have free time to enjoy lunch, wander through the historic centre or relax among Seville’s lively squares and terraces. The scent of orange trees, the rhythm of horse-drawn carriages and the warm Andalusian light create an atmosphere that stays with you throughout the return journey.
