Explore the world of Riofrío organic caviar with a guided visit to one of Spain’s most recognised fish farms, set within a carefully preserved natural environment.
As you walk through the facilities, you will learn about the life cycle of the sturgeon, its reproduction and the characteristics of different species. The visit also provides a clear understanding of the production process, from origin to final preparation.
The experience concludes with a premium tasting, where you will sample two spoonfuls of each caviar variety per person. Each tasting is accompanied by a glass of champagne or a shot of vodka, selected to enhance the distinct qualities of the product.
