Enjoy a unique Dolce Vita experience with Yoni Mesa, a mixologist at the Maresia Atlantic Bar and a pioneer of local cocktails, and Niki Pavanelli, head of Dolce Vita.
The experience begins with a Italian aperitif, where three traditional cocktails reinterpreted with Canarian essence will be offered, accompanied by an assortment of classic Italian snacks. During this time, participants will discover the history and tradition of aperitif culture in Italy.
Then start a paired dinner, designed by chef Niki Pavanelli in collaboration with Yoni Mesa, which reflects the culinary richness of different Italian regions. Each dish will be carefully combined with cocktails and wines selected to enhance the sensory experience. To close the evening, a final cocktail will be served next to the winery, complementing an unforgettable gastronomic tour.
