Description

Discover one of the most iconic flavours of Canarian cuisine in this culinary workshop dedicated to mojo, the traditional sauce that accompanies many of the Canary Islands’ most popular dishes.

During the experience you will learn how to prepare different varieties of mojo, including the classic spicy red mojo (mojo picón) and green mojo made with fresh herbs such as coriander or parsley. Guided by our chef, you will discover the ingredients, techniques and secrets behind the unique flavour of these traditional sauces.

Once the mojos are prepared, you will enjoy them with the famous papas arrugadas (Canarian wrinkled potatoes), one of the most representative dishes of the islands. The experience also includes a visit to the winery and a tasting of young local wines.

Depending on the option selected, the experience can be complemented with a more complete gastronomic menu including traditional appetizers and a typical Canarian lunch prepared with local ingredients.
