Description
Learn how to make the typical Canarian sauce, Mojo, in a “Mojo Picón con Papas Arrugadas” workshop, red or green, with coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Our chef will guide you to get the best flavour of one of the 7 gastronomic wonders of this country.
What should you know before you go?
- As an alternative to meat, it can be replaced with fish or vegetables, depending on the client's needs.
- Children: from 4 to 12 years old
- If due to weather conditions or due to full capacity at the Restaurant - Terrace, Brunches, Lunches and Tastings may be served without prior notice in the Wine Club located inside the winery.
⏰ SCHEDULE
11:00 a.m. Guided tour of the winery (60 minutes), after the Mojo Workshop (90 minutes).
Restaurant opening hours: 10:00h - 18:00h. Kitchen open until 16:30h.

Pork shoulder roasted in a wood-fired oven*, accompanied with vegetable jam, almond mojo, lettuce and onion salad with our Macho Monje vinegar and wrinkled potatoes. Dessert: cream cheese with wine sponge cake and Hollera jam.
