Through aTactile and sensory blind tasting, you will learn to differentiate grains, textures and behaviors according to the type of production.
At the kitchen bar, the chef will reveal the secrets offumets, caldos and ingredientsthat take traditional paellas and rice dishes to another level. You can observe techniques, test comparative bases and take yourself homecards with exclusive recipes.
The experience culminates around the table, with astarter and paella tasting menupaired with a selection of wines explained by the room team. Finally, each guest will receive aSpecial giftwith emblematic products: rice, fumet, wooden spoon and recipe signed by the chef. In addition, there will be a personalized paella pan for instant souvenir photos and portraits.
