Description
Sail beneath the impressive Los Gigantes cliffs, rising nearly 600 metres above the Atlantic, while observing wild cetaceans in their natural habitat. This excursion offers the opportunity to witness dolphins and whales along the west coast of Tenerife, framed by one of the island’s most striking volcanic landscapes.
The Masca Express is a small vessel designed to provide a closer and more attentive experience at sea. It has been awarded the Blue Flag, a distinction granted to authorised whale-watching boats that meet recognised standards of environmental responsibility. The activity also follows the “Quality Tourism in Tenerife” guidelines, ensuring respectful wildlife observation and reduced environmental impact.
During the trip, the boat navigates parallel to the cliffs in search of dolphins and/or whales before heading towards Masca Bay. There, you will have approximately 15 minutes to swim and enjoy the clear waters before returning to Los Gigantes harbour.
Departures operate daily throughout the year.
