Spa hours of operation:
The spa is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Arrival:
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that you can familiarize yourself with the facilities and take full advantage of them.
Late arrivals:
In the event of late arrival, we ask you notify the spa receptionist as soon as possible. If you arrive late, you will have less time for the treatment, as we must finish on time in order to be able to receive the next customer.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask all spa customers to give 24-hour notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If the customer does not attend the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service booked.
Minimum age for treatments:
You must be an adult to receive a treatment in the spa. However, minors accompanied by a guardian may enjoy the majority of the services. There are no age restrictions in the beauty salon.
Attire:
To enjoy your spa experience, it is important that you feel comfortable. You will need to undress for the majority of body treatments; your body is totally covered throughout the treatment, with the exception of the area that is being treated at each specific moment. We will make bathrobes and slippers available to you both before and after the treatment. A bathing suit is required for hydrotherapy, sauna and Jacuzzi facilities.
Valuable items:
We recommend you deposit your valuable items in the safety deposit box in your room. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of personal items during your stay.
Tranquility:
To guarantee a relaxed and peaceful environment, we ask you turn off your cell phone, radio or any other type of electronic device. In order to ensure peace and harmony in the Spa, we ask you to keep noise to a minimum.
Cigarettes and Alcoholic Drinks:
Health and equilibrium are the basis of your Spa experience: We ask clients to abstain from smoking and consuming alcohol in the spa areas.
Gratuities:
When the person performing your treatment has met your expectations as a customer, it is common practice to give a gratuity. Gratuities are not included in the price of the treatment, we recommend you give between 10 and 15% of the price of the service; it is an elegant way of thanking someone for a job well done.
Special Conditions:
If you have high blood pressure, allergies or any other type of physical problem or illness, please inform the Spa personnel before booking treatments. If you are pregnant, or think you may be, please inform the Spa staff, since this may limit which treatments are available to you. In some cases, it may be necessary to present a medical certificate to receive a treatment.
Comfort:
If you have any doubts or questions, we will be happy to help. If you experience any kind of discomfort during your treatment, please tell your therapist immediately.
Payment:
All prices on the list of treatments are displayed in US dollars. You can pay with most credit cards, traveler’s checks, local currency, US dollars or euros. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
