    “Wonderful service and beautiful resort”

    We stayed total of 7 days this month in Sept. We highly recomend you ask for Ramon when eating your meals. Excellent service from Ramon. Christina, and Joshua as well. The food service mangers were always very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and well kept. Premium club employees were great, Grecia excellent. WE WILL RETURN AND BRING FAMILY. Mary and Tim

    “You pay for thief’s actions”

    Hotel is not bad. Room as tidy and cared for. Food is average - certainly boring after a few days. Not impressed at being being charged for a towel that another guest took from our chairs while we swam. Seriously? Won’t return.

    “Great all inclusive hotel for families, take the premium level choice!”

    It is my second visit to the hotel, first one I take the premium level choice and it was the best decision. Even though the room doesn´t change at all, beside to be at the top floor level, the service worth it. Yes, I needed to report 3 times that the phone was broken and the sink had a leak, but it was all fixed in the first day. The opportinity area is the kids club, since it is not attractive for kids below 8 and activities are the same every single day. Also the website and flyers inside hotel states they have babysitters service, but that´s not real. Bottom line, it is a very good family hotel, where nobody is going to look at you if your kids are doing some mess so you can enjoy with them.

    “It is a beautiful place to go and stay”

    The beaches are so beautiful and you can walk a long way which some of the other places were rocky and not as nice there food was really good as well .There grounds are very beautiful and there many pools were great nice and clean .lots to do day and night something for all ages .no one would be disappointed and not far from the airport that makes a big difference to me as you don't want to get off the plane and then for 1 to 3 hours there u are beat u don't want to be in car it is a five star for sure

    “The worst experience”

    It's not possible that hotel's attention is horrible, first they see the color of your bracelet then they attend you deppending in that. I don't return again. The food it's regular, don't hace different kind of desserts.
