    “It is a beautiful place to go and stay”

    The beaches are so beautiful and you can walk a long way which some of the other places were rocky and not as nice there food was really good as well .There grounds are very beautiful and there many pools were great nice and clean .lots to do day and night something for all ages .no one would be disappointed and not far from the airport that makes a big difference to me as you don't want to get off the plane and then for 1 to 3 hours there u are beat u don't want to be in car it is a five star for sure

    “The worst experience”

    It's not possible that hotel's attention is horrible, first they see the color of your bracelet then they attend you deppending in that. I don't return again. The food it's regular, don't hace different kind of desserts.

     Dear Leo F .: First of all thank you very much for your preference to have chosen Barceló Ixtapa as a place to spend your rest, we also appreciate your time to share your experience with us, your opinion is very valuable to us because your satisfaction is our main reason, responding to your comment , it is true that we have different bracelets but that does not mean that some are given a better service than others, for us all our guests have the same importance, the only difference in the bracelets is that some have the Premium Service and they have access to other brands of beverages or that have no cost in other services, that is why our staff has to see the color but I repeat, we give the same service to all our guest, in terms of food and desserts we have only received good comments about it, however we would like to know your suggestions as I have said: your opinion is very important to us so I´ll leave the following e-mail to send us your suggestions (ixtapa.dir-sec@barcelo.com) We will be waiting for your e-mail as well we invite you to stay with us once again and give us the opportunity to remove that bad image that has been taken from us, I promise you will be a different stay.     “Question not a review”

    Considering vacation for 2 weeks with villa superior suite. How big is this room. Is this an actual separate bedroom closed off from the main room. If it’s separate does the bedroom have its own ensuite bathroom? What kind of bed if available for the third person. Travelling with couple and one extra adult. Thanks.

     Dear john and Mona N.: Thank you for your interest in staying with us, here we leave the information you required: The room is spacious, for a maximum capacity of 6 people The rooms are not private the bedroom is joint to the main room where one or two sofa beds are located, depending on whether it is a Junior or Master room In both rooms there are only two double beds, change the number of sofas and the number of bathrooms, the master has two bathrooms and two sofa beds and the Junior has one bathroom and one sofa bed.     “"The main thing to improve"..”

    *The hotel is UNDERSTAFFED by and large. They take way too long to wait upon your table especially at the bars. *Costumer service not as expected for the most part. *Bad time to remodel during daytime not giving customers the importance they deserve.

Thank you very much for your comments and sharing them with us, in the hotel we did not have a remodeling process, we only made adjustments to our snack restaurant due to problems in the ceiling area and the floor area in the bar, prior to the rainy season that had already been predicted. I understand that this was annoying but at no time were the services denied, there was a pool bar in the villas area, one more bar was available in the palapa restaurant, the lobby bar, the sanca bar and the theater bar. Likewise, there were waiters in the pool area and in the consumption centers described. I apologize if we cause an inadequate impression of our services, I assure you that our main mission is the satisfaction of each and every one of our guests, we will be more careful when planning future work at the hotel. Again we appreciate your preference, we place ourselves at your service so that in your next visit to this beautiful destination you will allow us to be your hosts again and erase that bad impression we have caused.     “Fun ”

    Hello I’m Johnny and Noren we just came back from there the week of May 13 - 19 and we had the best time we ate the BEST Japonés food ever loved everything about it are stay there we will be thinking of returning
