    “Wedding”

    We had a wedding celebration on June 21st in this wonderful hotel and we couldn’t wish for a better place for the wedding. Everything we asked for was perfectly oargainzed by the stuff. I want to say big thanks to Jose Angel who did such a great job! Also, want to thank Aroa, Marina, Fred and all wonderful staff at reception desk and the cleaning stuff. Everyone is so professional, polite and helpful. We can’t thank you enough for all the work you did for us. I know it wasn’t easy. We appreciate it a lot! It’s a great hotel, incredibly beautiful with great food and with great people working there that are do their best to provide the best customer experience for you. It’s a paradise. Thank you so much everyone for giving us such a great unforgettable experience for us! Highly recommended!

    “Great hideaway.”

    Overall a great place perhaps more snacks at swimming pool more plain food on menu coffee and tea in rooms and some fans in the outdoor restaurants. Outdoor sports promoted more and more shade as it was very hot.

    “Just Lovely”

    If you want a retreat from the city, this is your hideaway. Just peaceful and quiet and elegant. The pool is pristine, the restaurant delicious and the spa was great. The buildings make you feel like you are staying in a castle and while rustic, every elegance is just lovely!

    5 star plus all the little touches that make this hotel a bit special once found you will want to go back the rooms are unique and the staff are amazing from the moment you get there you are treated like royalty

    “Good but with limitations”

    Stayed only one night with friends and whilst generally good service we couldn’t access the spa to make a booking for the next day . When the Spa closes no more info is available on bookings until the next day. Why reception can’t help here is a mystery in today’s world of computer access. Drainage smell in shower area and room disappointing. That said, the community areas are good and staff try hard to please.

Regarding to your comment on the spa reservation procedure, we prefer to our guests order directly the specific treatment in the spa. Our spa concept requires to provide a truly personalised experience and a large variety of treatments. You could choose beauty, detox, anti-aging, relaxing, aromatherapy, ayurvedic, reflexology, rituals, etc. Our spa manager advises our guests the best option depending preferences and health condition. We lament your impression about our service and we expect you come back to enjoy our spa, as normally, we have availability to reserve a treatment the same day. Anyway, we take note to inform our future guests about available spa time the next day. We have read your comments on the room we have accommodated you in, and sincerely regret your disappointment. We regret not being immediately informed at reception to be able to intervene in no time for you to fully enjoy your stay in our hotel, for a future occasion, please do not hesitate to contact the reception desk for anything you may need, the team will do its utmost to find an immediate solution for you.
