After hotel pick-up, the activity begins with an overview of the ingredients commonly used in local gastronomy, along with the basics of their preparation. Throughout the session, you will learn about spice combinations, cooking methods and the characteristics of traditional dishes.
During the workshop, you will actively take part in preparing typical recipes such as tagines, following the chef’s instructions step by step. This hands-on process reveals both the techniques involved and the slower pace that defines this cuisine.
The experience continues with a visit to the museum, offering additional cultural context, and concludes with a tasting of the dishes prepared, accompanied by Moroccan tea. The setting, often close to the sea or in open spaces, creates a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the moment.
