At the scheduled time, we’ll pick you up at the agreed meeting point in Valencia to begin this adventure to one of the most beautiful villages in the interior of the Valencian region.
Along the way, our official guide will share fascinating facts and legends about Bocairent, a place that appears to rise straight from the rock, with its tiered houses and a silhouette that dominates the valley.

We’ll start the tour with the magical route of Bocairent, a walk through nature and history that will take us to the famous window caves carved into the rock. From here, we’ll enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the mountainous surroundings.

The Moorish Caves (Cuevas de los Moros)
If you choose to visit the Moorish Caves, you’ll enter a fascinating labyrinth of interconnected chambers and galleries carved into the face of a cliff.
Their origin remains a mystery: no one knows for certain who built them or for what purpose. An experience for the more adventurous.
The Covetes del Colomer
If you prefer a more relaxed option, we’ll explore the Covetes del Colomer, a group of easily accessible man-made caves that also hold a surprising history.
Perfect for families or those who want to enjoy the surroundings without much effort, these caves offer an intimate glimpse into Bocairent’s past.

After visiting the caves, we’ll walk through the historic center of Bocairent, one of the most beautiful in the province of Valencia.
Its cobbled streets, passageways, and squares feel straight out of a medieval tale. We’ll visit the old quarter, the bullring carved into the rock (the only one of its kind in Spain), and the parish church, which rises majestically above the town with a tower visible from miles away.
Before heading back, you’ll have free time to enjoy the local gastronomy. We recommend trying traditional dishes such as gazpacho montañés or olleta bocairentina, the perfect way to end the day on a delicious note.
At the end of the visit, we’ll return to Valencia with hearts full of history and the feeling of having discovered a magical village carved into the rock.
