Important
It is a very quiet activity, where you can exercise your whole body. You will exercise the legs, thighs and buttocks when maintaining balance, and pectoral area, abdomen and arms when rowing. Before starting
If you have never practiced this sport, our experienced instructors will explain the basic rules for the proper use and maintenance of the equipment, and the basic techniques to navigate autonomously and safely. Then you can put into practice what you have learned about the calm crystal clear waters. Our professional instructors will accompany you at all times to help you achieve a correct technique and teach you all the tricks to improve your balance and become an expert in paddle surfing and you can navigate freely in the sea.
You need to know
We will provide you with all the necessary material to practice paddle surfing: the best south paddle boards, with a surface large enough for you to stay upright, the paddle so you can move, safety vest and neoprene so you do not get cold. . All the equipment is in perfect condition and is of the best quality.
Our professional photographer will take photos of your walk, request them at the end of the activity.
