Description
Discover Los Lirios Winery, a wine project with more than 100 years of history, where tradition and modern production techniques come together. Located at the foot of the Bandama Peak, a designated Natural Monument, the winery operates in a setting shaped by the island’s volcanic origin.
The estate covers 7 hectares of vineyards and cultivates 16 grape varieties, both local and international. The winemaking process is based on minimal industrial intervention, with each plot treated individually to preserve its distinctive characteristics.
During the guided tour, you will walk through the vineyards and the winery facilities while learning about cultivation and production methods. Among the wines produced are reds such as Castellana Negra and Listán Negro, as well as whites including Listán Blanco.
The experience, lasting approximately 90 minutes, concludes with a guided tasting of Los Lirios red wine, accompanied by a selection of local products.
