Discover the inland landscapes of Gran Canaria on a route that explores some of the island’s most representative locations, often described as a “miniature continent” due to the diversity of its scenery.
The tour departs from the southern tourist areas and follows the coastline northwards to Arucas, where you will visit its Neo-Gothic Church, one of the town’s most recognisable landmarks.
We then continue to Teror, a village closely linked to local religious tradition. Here you will see the Basilica and stroll through streets lined with characteristic wooden balconies that define its architectural identity.
The journey ascends towards the central highlands to reach the viewpoint of Roque Nublo, from where you can also observe Roque Bentayga and, on clear days, even Mount Teide on the island of Tenerife.
After exploring the higher areas, the route descends through Ayacata and the viewpoint of La Degollada, before arriving in Fataga, known as the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Here you will visit a traditional aloe vera plantation to learn about this characteristic local product.
The activity lasts approximately 8 to 9 hours and includes a professional guide and pick-up service from the south of the island.
