Description
Santanyí Market is one of the best-known weekly markets in southern Mallorca, appreciated for its local atmosphere, artisan products and traditional streets lined with sandstone buildings. This half-day trip from Palma gives you time to wander through the market at your own pace while enjoying a more authentic side of the island.
Once in Santanyí, you’ll be free to stroll around the different market areas spread across the Plaça Major and nearby streets. Along the route, you’ll find stalls selling handmade crafts, textiles, ceramics, fresh produce and decorative pieces inspired by Mediterranean style and Mallorcan traditions.
The experience also offers time to relax in cafés and terraces located around the historic centre. You may wish to sample local specialities or simply sit back and enjoy the lively atmosphere created by residents, artisans and visitors throughout the morning.
