Description
Discover the underwater world of Lanzarote with an introductory scuba diving experience designed for those who want to try diving for the first time. This activity offers the opportunity to experience breathing with scuba equipment while exploring the marine environment of Costa Teguise.
The experience begins with a theoretical session of approximately 40 minutes where the basic principles of diving, safety rules, equipment use and underwater communication are explained. You will also learn about the characteristics of the dive site and the marine life that may be observed during the activity.
Before the main dive, a shallow-water practice session takes place to help participants become familiar with the equipment and adapt to breathing underwater. Once this stage is completed, the guided dive begins.
Observe marine life and experience the sensation of weightlessness that makes scuba diving so unique.
