Description
Discover two of Lanzarote’s most representative drinks on a tour that combines wine and craft beer while exploring part of the island’s gastronomic culture.
The experience begins with a visit to a winery located in the La Geria area, where you will learn about the unique method of cultivating vines in volcanic soil. During the walk through the vineyard you will discover the annual cycle of the vine and the techniques used to produce wine in this distinctive landscape.
After the visit, you will enjoy a guided tasting of three premium wines accompanied by local goat cheese, one of Lanzarote’s most traditional products.
The tour continues with a visit to a craft brewery, where you will discover how beer is produced on an island with limited water resources. You will learn about the brewing process, the ingredients used and the characteristics of local production. The experience concludes with a tasting of three craft beers, again accompanied by local cheese.
An opportunity to discover two of Lanzarote’s gastronomic traditions while enjoying some of the island’s most distinctive flavours.
