Description
Take your first steps into the underwater world with this discover scuba diving experience with two dives from Costa Teguise, an activity designed for those who want to try diving for the first time with no previous experience required.
The activity begins with a theoretical session of approximately 40 minutes, where you will learn the basic principles of diving: safety rules, how the equipment works, underwater communication and key concepts to help you feel comfortable during the experience.
After the briefing, the group will travel to the dive site where the practical part begins. The first dive takes place at a shallow depth, allowing you to become familiar with breathing underwater, buoyancy control and the use of the equipment in a calm and safe environment.
Following a short break to discuss the experience and review some techniques, it will be time for the second dive. This immersion reaches a greater depth and gives you the chance to explore the marine environment with more confidence while observing fish and other species that inhabit Lanzarote’s coastline.
Always accompanied by professional instructors, you will discover the unique sensation of moving underwater while observing the marine life of the Atlantic up close.
