Description
Admire the most impressive volcanic landscape of Lanzarote on an excursion to Timanfaya National Park, one of the island’s most iconic locations and a symbol of its volcanic origin.
The visit includes the famous Route of the Volcanoes, an itinerary that crosses a landscape shaped by the eruptions that took place nearly 300 years ago. During the journey you will observe craters, lava flows and the striking colours of the terrain that reveal the powerful eruptions that formed this part of the island.
Inside the park you will also witness geothermal demonstrations showing how volcanic heat is still present beneath the surface, allowing visitors to observe the energy that continues to rise from deep within the earth.
During the excursion you will also have the opportunity to take a camel ride (optional activity not included in the price), a popular experience for exploring part of the volcanic landscape.
