We invite you to travel back in time to the volcanic heart of Lanzarote: Timanfaya National Park.
Pure volcanism at its best! We begin our journey towards Timanfaya National Park, where we will take the Route of the Volcanoes. This landscape, now an iconic symbol of Lanzarote, stands out for its volcanic nature and its striking contrasts.
Our excursion takes us deep into the park along the Route of the Volcanoes, where we will observe different types of craters and the vivid colours that reveal the origin of each eruption, the materials expelled, and even the intensity with which they exploded. We will witness the legacy of the eruptions that occurred nearly 300 years ago through geothermal demonstrations, experiencing firsthand how the earth continues to release heat in surprising and spectacular ways.
In another area of Timanfaya National Park, we will have the opportunity to enjoy an activity that children and adults alike find fascinating: a camel ride (optional).
After these spectacular visits, we will take the road back to our hotel.
