Description
This 4x4 jeep route offers the opportunity to explore Tenerife from a closer connection with its landscape, travelling along mountain roads, passing through traditional villages and discovering volcanic scenery that defines the island’s character.
The itinerary crosses some of the most distinctive areas of inland Tenerife. One of the highlights is Vilaflor, the highest municipality in Spain, where the scenery and local architecture reflect the island’s rural heritage. The route then continues towards Masca, known for its traditional hamlets and its dramatic setting among deep ravines.
The excursion also includes a visit to Teide National Park, the most visited national park in Spain. Within this vast volcanic caldera, it is possible to observe geological formations shaped by ancient eruptions that created one of the largest volcanoes on the planet.
The drivers, specialised in this type of route, provide explanations at each stop to help you better understand the places visited. The excursion also includes a stop for lunch, where you will have the opportunity to try local cuisine before continuing the journey.
