What should you know before you go?
- Upon arrival at the property, you must present the purchase of the experience at the reception desk. The receptionist will provide you with a wristband to identify you.
- If you need towel service, you must select it as an extra in the booking process and leave a deposit of 10 euros (per towel) at reception on the day you enjoy the experience. There they will give you the towel and return the deposit to you at the end of the day when you return the towels.
