Description
Set in the Alpujarra of Almería, surrounded by vineyards and natural landscapes, this visit introduces an organic winery where tradition and regenerative agriculture shape the winemaking process.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the estate and the agricultural museum, where you will learn about ecological cultivation methods and daily work in this rural setting. The visit then continues inside the winery to understand how the wines are produced.
After the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of 5 organic wines, accompanied by a selection of local products. The appetiser includes homemade bread with organic olive oil and jam, olives and almonds from the estate, as well as cured meats and cheese from Laujar.
At the end of the experience, there is the option to visit the shop, where wines and other artisanal products from the region are available.
The combination of local flavours, wine aromas and the peaceful surroundings creates a relaxed setting to enjoy the experience at a slower pace.
