Description
At Genoveses Beach, within Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, the absence of light pollution allows for exceptionally clear views of the night sky. This natural setting provides ideal conditions for an experience focused on exploring the universe.
The session begins with an introduction to naked-eye observation, where your guide explains how to navigate the night sky, identify constellations, and locate key reference points such as the North Star. Historical context and storytelling add depth to what you see above.
After this first approach, the experience continues with the use of professional telescopes. Depending on sky conditions, you may observe the Moon, planets, star clusters, nebulae, or distant galaxies, always accompanied by clear explanations suitable for all levels.
The setting and pace of the session encourage a calm and focused observation, supported by educational materials and a prepared area for comfort. The combination of direct viewing and guided interpretation helps you better understand and interpret the views of this clear, free from pollution, sky.
As the session progresses, your eyes adapt to the darkness, revealing details that were initially hidden and turning the sky into a map filled with reference points that invite further exploration.
