We inform you that the consumption of alcohol on board is permitted but with due moderation, as safety at sea is our priority. It is also prohibited to board any illicit substance or object. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the cancellation of the tour during the tour, without a refund.
Customer cancellation:
We are sorry if you have to cancel your reservation, however, from the moment Sunset Sailing makes the commitment with your booking and stops accepting other bookings for that day, the cancellation costs must be assumed by the customer.
Cancellation costs for the client depending on the advance notice in relation to the event date (private event):
30 days: 20% of the total amount;
29 to 15 days: 35% of the total amount;
14 to 8 days: 50% of the total amount;
< 7 days: 100% of the total amount.
Note: Factors related to unforeseen personal, work or health events or desired weather issues that do not occur on the day are not considered as reasons for cancellation free of charge by the customer.
