This Pintxos Tour in San Sebastian offers a complete immersion in the city’s gastronomy through a guided walk around the Parte Vieja. Accompanied by a local guide, visitors discover a curated selection of bars where each stop becomes a small gastronomic experience. Throughout the tour, eight pintxos are tasted, combining classic signature dishes with contemporary bites, always made with seasonal ingredients and precise technique.
Each creation is paired with a selection of five drinks designed to enhance flavors and nuances: three wines from different Spanish Denominations of Origin, a Basque cider, and a traditional Basque liqueur. The tour goes beyond the table or bar, integrating the cultural context of the surroundings, passing through historic squares, centuries-old churches, and lively streets that breathe the local atmosphere.
