Free cancellation if canceled at least 48 hours before the start of the experience.
Description
The Old Town of San Sebastián is home to one of the most recognised culinary scenes in northern Spain. This guided route offers an insider perspective, visiting several bars where each stop presents a different approach to pintxo culture.
Throughout the tour, accompanied by a local guide, you will visit a carefully selected range of establishments where tastings include both traditional recipes and more contemporary creations. Each pintxo is prepared using seasonal ingredients and reflects a specific way of approaching this style of cuisine.
The tastings are paired with a curated selection of drinks that provide balance and context: wines from different Denominations of Origin, Basque cider and a traditional liqueur. This combination allows you to appreciate flavours more deeply and understand the connection between gastronomy and territory.
Between stops, the route passes through historic squares, narrow streets and emblematic churches, integrating the surroundings into the experience. Your guide shares cultural insights, anecdotes and useful recommendations to continue exploring the city’s culinary offering.
As you move between lively bars and conversations that flow around you, each bite and sip becomes part of an atmosphere that is difficult to replicate elsewhere.
