The village of Dětenice in Český ráj (Czech Paradise) hides the Baroque Dětenice Castle. Immerse yourself in history dating back to the 13th century and let yourself be carried away by the adventure of time. Explore the castle, which welcomes thousands of enthusiastic visitors annually and discover its fascinating secrets.

Then visit the Dětenice brewery, uncover the traditional craft of beer brewing. Enjoy a tasting of light and dark beer, brewed with love and ancient methods over an open fire in copper kettles and find the interactive museum, where the history of brewing becomes lively entertainment.

Capp off your day at the Dětenice Medieval Tavern, the first and largest of its kind! Come to an authentic medieval feast, where people eat to their heart's content and comfortably settle into the shadow of the past.
