Description

Explore the wine heritage of Madrid with a day trip that takes you beyond the city to a winery rooted in tradition. This experience offers a closer look at local winemaking in an authentic setting.

The journey begins with a transfer from Madrid to Colmenar de Oreja, home to a winery dating back to the 1880s. As you walk through its underground cellars, you will learn about traditional production methods that are still in use today, followed by a look at more modern techniques. The visit concludes with a tasting of three wines.

The day continues in Chinchón, a town known for its distinctive main square and historic atmosphere. Here, you will enjoy a set-menu lunch including shared starters, a choice of meat or fish for the main course, dessert, coffee, wine and water.

Before heading back, there is time for a short walk through the town to better understand its history and character. A well-paced experience that brings together wine, gastronomy and local culture.
