Join a hands-on cooking workshop where the Spanish tortilla takes centre stage, opening the door to a selection of well-known flavours prepared from scratch. The session focuses on technique, timing and the balance of simple ingredients.

With guidance from professional chefs, you will prepare a golden potato tortilla, a bold brava sauce and a traditional Mallorcan-style tapa. Each step is explained clearly, allowing you to follow the process with confidence.

Throughout the class, the atmosphere remains relaxed and social, with time to engage and enjoy the experience as it unfolds. Wine and cava are served continuously while you cook. At the end, everyone gathers around a shared table to taste the dishes together, accompanied by freshly made churros, warm chocolate sauce and coffee.

The transition from savoury to sweet brings a natural rhythm to the final moments around the table.
