Leave Madrid behind for the rolling vineyards of DO Rueda, birthplace of crisp, aromatic Verdejo. Your wine‑expert guide whisks you north‑west to two carefully chosen estates where you’ll:

Walk the vines and modern cellars to learn how Rueda’s sandy soils and cool nights shape its wines.
Enjoy guided tastings of at least 6 wines, from clean stainless‑steel Verdejo to barrel‑fermented, old‑vine cuvées; expect a splash of Sauvignon Blanc for contrast.

Mid‑day you’ll sit down to a Michelin‑starred lunch: a multi‑course seasonal menu, finishing with coffee and a sweet touch.

Comida y bebida

Viajaremos en un vehículo con aire acondicionado hasta la denominación de Rueda.
Nuestra próxima parada comenzará en el viñedo, donde discutiremos el ciclo de la vid antes de regresar a la bodega para degustar tres vinos.
Almuerzo (pago propio) Nos dirigiremos al pueblo de Matapozuelos, donde podrás elegir entre comer en un restaurante con una estrella Michelin o en una taberna local. Las opciones para almorzar incluyen un menú degustación o el plato más tradicional, el lechazo, que es el cordero lechal.
Nuestra última parada es en un lugar especial ubicado en Rueda. Un sistema de túneles subterráneos que data del siglo XIV. Aquí haremos una degustación de vinos de la D.O. de Rueda junto a un enólogo local para terminar la visita y salir con una comprensión completa de esta región vinícola famosa por sus vinos blancos.
Nuestra primera visita será en una bodega histórica vinculada a los monjes, donde visitaremos las bodegas subterráneas antes de presenciar un proceso de vinificación en el que el vino se oxida en el exterior en semijones, algo que no se practica mucho en la actualidad, pero que es una pieza muy importante de la historia de Rueda. Tras un recorrido por la bodega, haremos una cata guiada.
Regresaremos a nuestro punto de recogida para terminar el recorrido.
