Our journey begins with a comfortable bus ride to Segovia. Upon arrival, we'll embark on a walking tour of the historic center. Stroll along cobblestone streets, admiring iconic landmarks such as the Plaza Mayor, Casa de los Picos, San Martín Church, and the majestic Alcázar, a former fortified residence of Spanish royalty.
**Free Time for Lunch**: Savor the local cuisine with free time to indulge in Segovia's culinary delights. Don't miss the chance to try the famous Segovian suckling pig at a traditional restaurant.
Ávila: The Walled City
After lunch, we'll head to Ávila, the city of walls. Guided by our expert, we'll explore the historic center, marveling at the exteriors of Mercado Chico Square, San Vicente Basilica, Velada Palace, and Ávila Cathedral. The highlight is the impressive Ávila Wall, a perfectly preserved 2-kilometer-long medieval defensive structure offering breathtaking panoramic views.
Return to Madrid: As our adventure concludes, we'll return to Madrid by bus, filled with unforgettable memories of our day trip.
