The gym remains open 24 hours a day and includes equipment suitable for both intensive training sessions and lighter exercise routines. Its flexible schedule allows you to organise your workouts freely and maintain your fitness routine at any time of day.
After exercising, you will be able to enjoy the dry sauna, the Finnish sauna and the salt sauna, each offering a different atmosphere focused on relaxation and physical wellbeing. The sauna area is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00, creating an ideal setting to release tension and recharge quietly.
