Learn how to prepare one of Portugal’s most iconic pastries during a baking workshop focused on the traditional Pastel de Nata. Guided by an experienced chef, you will be introduced to the essential techniques behind this classic Portuguese recipe.
Throughout the session, you will take part in each stage of the preparation process, from shaping the delicate puff pastry to creating the rich custard filling that defines these famous pastries. The chef will also share practical tips used to achieve their characteristic golden finish and crisp texture.
The activity takes place in a relaxed and interactive setting, suitable both for baking enthusiasts and travellers interested in experiencing Portuguese gastronomy through a hands-on activity.
