Description
Spend a full day sailing along the eastern coast of Madeira aboard the classic schooner Ventura do Mar. This journey takes you past volcanic cliffs, protected natural areas and some of the island’s most beautiful bays while enjoying the calm rhythm of the Atlantic Ocean.
The experience departs from Funchal Marina and heads towards Ponta de São Lourenço, a striking peninsula known for its dramatic rock formations and rugged coastal scenery. During the trip, there is also the possibility of spotting marine wildlife in its natural environment.
The boat will stop at D’Abra Bay, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters or make use of the paddle boarding and snorkelling equipment available on board. Lunch is served during the stop and includes one drink per person, with options such as water, juice, beer, wine or sangria.
With open sea views, quiet bays and the gentle movement of the sails, this experience offers a slower and more authentic way to enjoy Madeira from the water.
