The exclusive building in Brno city centre originated in the middle of the 19. century based on a project of architect Franz Fröhlich (1824-1889). The original concept was drawn as a residential building which included a range of different-sized rooms and a sophisticated stairways system. Contrast between rigorous palace exterior and distinctively rugged arcade atrium with romanticizing details was charcateristic for this spectacular construction.
