Beautiful resort, friendly staff, food worth putting on a little weight for. We had an very relaxing time. Great care has been taken to plant fruit, herbs and scented flowers along the walkways which our daughter enjoyed exploring and photographing.

    “6 if we could!”

Turned out we were right at/beyond the end of season, into early October. We were the only guests on our last night, for which we were given a 50% refund but in many respects best day/night even as the hotel was being put away for winter around us. Happy on beach, ironically best weather during our stay, last 4 beach beds left out for us. Lunch on last full day brought to us in the beach café. Best evening meal, in small ‘Bijou’ restaurant, waiter service, included deliciously juicy prawns and pork steaks, and an endless supply of wine. Marius, the head waiter(?) and the kitchen staff were brilliant. Lovely location, Hydra and a couple of smaller islands across the bay. Beach(es) man made? Slope quite steeply so small children need careful watching, some rocky areas. Laid out like a traditional Greek village, white 2-4 storey blocks of rooms plus bungalows spread around beautifully landscaped grounds on a shallow hillside, from the sea you can barely see a building. Rooms good – big, well equipped with a good size balcony. Main reception/dining/lobby bar in a much larger building, really liked the raised terrace deck overlooking the sea, the place to have breakfast, and dinner too although most evenings were too chilly for that. Bar space a bit severe and uninviting, about the only thing which let the place down. Didn’t use the pool but nicely laid out with bar etc maintaining the Greek village ambience and a great view. We though the food in the main buffet dining room was good – menu varied nightly, some themed nights – traditional Greek, Italian – good mix of meat and fish, most nights there was something good, you just had to find it. Not always piping hot but that’s a Mediterranean thing anyway. Drinks on the all-inclusive were ok, wine & beer drinkable, not the best coffee, cocktails were more for fun on the beach than for sophistication, but that’s right for the context. Staff were terrific, considering they were winding down. We just crashed out on the beach and swam, but water sports (canoes, pedalos, free on AI, other paid-for activities available), and if own transport ferry to Hydra 15 mins away. We felt we hit the jackpot with this one, really enjoyed it, and thanks to everyone who made that last potentially awkward day so good.

    “perfect holidays”

What to say about this resort everything was perfect we stayed one week with o club ! the rooms are very spacious, the quality of the food was good. The staff very friendly many thanks to Matina from reception for everything and Jessy from animation team o club for the amazing game nights. The spa was good but the water from the interior pool was a little bit cool especially when the weather was bad outside it would be better if is it was warmer. one negative point the long distance from kalamata airport til the hotel almost 4 hours we arrived at 02:00 in the morning we lost 1 day.we will visit this hotel next year and hope to see some improvement
