The Spa Experience Circuit uses the rejuvenating forces of water on a circuit at different temperatures, in different environments and biothermal experiences. Varying the stimuli and temperatures of the body strengthens the circulation, eliminates toxins and stimulates the immune system, revitalising the body and improving your well-being.

The circuit starts with the pleasures of the Large Hydrotherapy Pool, where its anatomical jets at 35º C help shake off initial tension and muscular contractions. After you’ve enjoyed the Oxygenating Spa at 38º C, it’s time for the first thermal shock which stimulates the body with a quick immersion in the Vitality Spa at 10º C, followed by a pleasant floating experience in the Dead Sea at 40º C. This is followed by the contrasts: The Finnish Spa, at 90º C, to remove toxins, the Turkish Spa at 45º C and the Roman Spa at 55º C, alternating with a quick Contrasts Shower in between each of these showers, so returning lost hydration to leave the body in ideal conditions to enjoy the remaining experiences on the circuit: the Reflexology Pediluvium, the Rains of La Mancha Walk, and the Sensory Showers with aromatherapy. Part of the therapy is spending some quiet time in the Zone of Tranquillity while the body processes the toxins that have been removed and balances itself, as you enjoy a natural juice drink or a therapeutic herb tea, which make this circuit into a real and complete Spa Experience.

The water circuit is opened afternoons from Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and long weekends
